Held bi-monthly, each gathering is thoughtfully curated to explore a different theme, designed to help you deepen your self-connection, ignite your inner wisdom, and build lasting confidence—all in the presence of a soulful community of like-minded, modern women.

Gill is a Midlife Awakening + Empowerment Coach supporting professional women in their 40s to rebuild the self-connection and confidence to embrace, express and be empowered as their truest selves.
Having experienced (and continuing to embody) her own midlife awakening, Gill is deeply passionate about helping women reconnect to their truth and inner wisdom gained from their life experience. Gill's wholehearted belief that life is too precious to not live it fully the way you want fuels her to help women build the confidence and freedom to unapologetically create the midlife they desire.
