The City of West Chicago is excited to host its first-ever Chalk the Walk event as part of Blooming Fest, celebrating the festival’s 25th anniversary on Saturday, May 16. This chalk art event is free and open to the public, and there is no fee to participate as an artist. Spots are limited. In addition to the artists’ area, a community corner will be open for the public to engage in a vibrant, flower-themed chalk art experience.Theme: Flowers, pollinators, and the natural beauty of spring
