In this workshop we’ll: ✨ Play! Learn! Connect!
✨ Take a look at the 4 main Bandhas and how we can use them to support our yoga practices.
✨ Learn about what Granthis, or energetic knots, are and how we can work with them.
✨ Physical tools to help support our “energetic body, you’ll learn: the forms of mudras (particular hand postures and gestures), mantra (sounds), and certain movement patterns or yoga poses.
We’ll add some big playful movements, along with small, subtle ways you can take care of your body, your energy, and your overall well-being.
You’ll come away from this afternoon of play with a fresh perspective and new tools to work with, so you can bring new areas of growth into your regular practice.
