Chakras 101: Balancing Your Seven Energy Centers is a two-hour immersive workshop designed to gently introduce you to the chakra system in a way that is both grounded and experiential.

We will begin by exploring the foundations of the seven primary energy centers: what they represent, how they influence emotional and physical well-being, and how imbalances may show up in everyday life.

You’ll learn how each chakra relates to themes like safety, creativity, power, love, expression, intuition, and connection. The teaching portion is structured to be accessible and practical, with brief stretch breaks to keep your body engaged and present.

Then, we’ll shift from theory into embodied experience. With guidance, you’ll be led through a structured chakra balancing and alignment practice designed to help you notice, regulate, and gently restore flow within your energy system.

You’ll have space to reflect on and journal about what you noticed during the practice, followed by an optional sharing circle and Q&A to deepen understanding and integration.

We will open and close the workshop with simple grounding rituals to create a sense of safety and intention.

The workshop concludes with informal social time, allowing you to connect with like-minded people in a relaxed and supportive space.

By the end of our time together, you will walk away with:

• A clear understanding of the seven chakras and their psychological and energetic themes
• Greater awareness of how energy, physical aspects, and emotional regulation intersect
• Practical tools you can use at home to balance and align your energy centers
