Learning Outcomes:
Comprehensive Chakra Knowledge: Students will demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the seven main chakras, including their locations, associated colors, elements, and functions. Chakra Assessment Proficiency: Students will be able to assess chakra imbalances in themselves and others, utilizing various diagnostic methods such as meditation, visualization, or pendulum use. Effective Balancing Techniques: Students will master a variety of techniques for balancing and aligning chakras, including meditation, energy healing, and yoga poses tailored to each chakra. Holistic Well-being: Students will showcase improved holistic well-being, including emotional, physical, and spiritual balance, as a result of applying chakra healing principles. Facilitation Skills: Students will demonstrate the ability to guide and support others in chakra healing practices, including leading group meditations or providing one-on-one consultations. These learning outcomes provide a clear picture of what students should know and be able to do upon completing the course. Discussion of the 7-year cycle of the Chakras.
