Chakradance™ is a globally recognized healing movement practice that combines spontaneous movement, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art.
This Introductory Chakradance™ Workshop is designed for both newcomers and returning movers. Whether you’re exploring Chakradance™ for the first time or deepening your practice, each journey guides you through new layers of surrendering into movement as your body releases old patterns and stuck emotions, reopens the flow of your chakras, and reconnects you with your inner power, clarity, and sense of freedom.
No dance experience required — just a safe, welcoming space to move, feel, and release at your own pace.
You’re welcome to attend this workshop as a standalone experience or return whenever you feel called — each time, the practice meets you where you are and reveals something new within.

• Free parking lot across the street beside Master Chocolate
• Indigo pay lot ($2–$3 for 2 hours). Monitoring after hours is inconsistent.
If you’re standing in the Indigo lot, you’ll see the external staircase — head up and follow the signs to Vitality BioMed.
