Chakradance with Roshni - Introduction.
Join Roshni for this incredible Chakradance workshop an amazing opportunity to whirl through all seven chakras and realise the energy centres that need attention and healing. In this workshop there will be chakra resonant music for each of the seven chakras. Come along and dance your own healing set your own intention at each energy centre and release all that's holding you back. Following this you will create a mandala artwork an expression of your sacred vision. Chakradance is fun engaging interactive and also a safe healing modality. The workshop will include the following activities:
- Meditation
- Guided visualisation
- Chakradance (approx 1 hour)
- Mandala artwork
- Expression and reflection
The duration of the workshop is approximately 2-3 hours depending on contributions. All art materials are provided for the Mandala creation.
