Join Roshni for this wonderful healing event an opportunity to focus on the Throat Chakra. The throat chakra 'Vishudda' is our centre for expression and communication imbalances at this energy centre may result in an inability to be heard or to know one's purpose. In this workshop we will be using Chakradance to explore the specific area and invoke your healing potential to remove blockages. The event will include the following:

The total time for this event is around 2.5 to 3 hours depending on contributions please be sure to arrive at 0945 hours for a start at 1000 hours. There is FREE parking at the venue which is signposted from Queens Road.
