Chakradance

Come join us for a meditative and rejuvinating Chakradance session at Solwood Studio on November 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time).

Chakradance™ blends psychology, music, and movement to help you embody your energy. It’s a joyful, grounding way to explore the chakra system — not through theory, but through spontaneous dance that lets your body lead the healing.

Led by Maureen Nowicki, a Certified Chakradance™ Facilitator who combines her background in yoga, reiki, aromatherapy, numerology, and social work to create deeply healing, heart-centered experiences, we will be guided through a transformative journey. Ending with a mandala art making, to integrate and ground the sacred energy, this is a beautiful chance️ to make new connections. ✨️

Whether you have never stepped foot on the dancefloor or are a seasoned dancer, this is a safe and supportive space for all.

Bring a waterbottle & wear comfy clothes (layers recommended). Shoes will be removed before entering the studio.

**Note Solwood Studio is located right beside Robinson's Outdoor store on Broad Street. Its a little door thats tucked in and sometimes is easy to miss. Once you arrive just open the door, come up the stairs and you will find us there :) **
