7 Keys to Freedom is a powerful 90-minute Chakradance experience designed to help you release emotional blocks, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and restore energetic alignment across all seven chakras.

This is not a dance class.
There are no steps to learn, no performance, and no previous dance experience required.

Chakradance is a healing movement modality that blends Jungian psychology, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and expressive movement to gently access what words alone cannot. You are guided inward, allowing your body to lead the healing process.

In this immersive session, you will be guided through all seven chakras—each one representing a key to personal freedom, vitality, and self-expression.

You can expect:

• A safe, sacred, and supportive space to move freely and intuitively
• Chakra-specific music designed to activate and balance your energy centers
• Guided visualization and embodiment practices
• Mandala Art with all materials included

MiShawn brings a grounded, compassionate presence and deep respect for the body’s innate intelligence, creating a space where true healing and self-connection can unfold naturally.
