Chakradance™ is a globally recognized healing movement practice that combines spontaneous movement, chakra-resonant music, guided visualization, and mandala art. In this workshop, you’ll surrender into movement as your body releases old patterns and stuck emotions, reopens the flow of your chakras, and reconnects you with your inner power, clarity, and sense of freedom.

• Indigo pay lot ($2–$3 for 2 hours). Monitoring after hours is inconsistent.
If you’re standing in the Indigo lot, you’ll see the external staircase — head up and follow the signs to Vitality BioMed.
