Chakra Yoga Series

This six-week Chakra Yoga Series is an immersive journey into the subtle body—where ancient wisdom meets lived, embodied experience. In the serene space of Sacred Rose Medicinals, each week, we will explore one of the primary energy centers (chakras) through a holistic yoga lens, weaving together movement, breath, meditation, and conscious awareness.

In every 90-minute class, you’ll engage with Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), Mudra (sacred hand gestures), and Dhyana (meditation), and Chakra Wisdom designed to activate, balance, and clarify that week's chakra.

These will be woven together with Quantum Spirituality teachings that illuminate how your energy body participates in perception, healing, and conscious creation.

This series is both educational and experiential. Rather than learning about the chakras conceptually, you’ll learn how to feel, listen to, and work with your own energy system—strengthening your relationship with your subtle body and empowering the healer within you.

Whether you are new to the chakra system or seeking a deeper, embodied understanding, this series offers practical tools, sacred insight, and a grounded pathway into energetic coherence, presence, and self-trust.
