Join us for a free beginner mat yoga class at New Albany Central Library! Learn about yoga basics and practice yoga at your own level in a safe and supportive environment with guidance from a registered yoga teacher from the YMCA. Modifications will be offered as you practice each pose. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
