Each week we will balance the energy of a chakra starting with the base/root chakra. You will learn how to open and support the chakras with 45 minutes of yoga asanas, crystals, essential oils and each class will concludes with a guided meditation.If you would like to enhance your experience the Spiritual Embrace class afterwards at 7pm delves even deeper into your spiritual journey with sound healing, psychic mediumship activities, reiki, energy healing, spirit guide meditations, art therapy and more so much more!
