Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional, mental, spiritual and physical well-being.
In this workshop you will learn about the 7 main chakras which include:
· The Root Chakra
· The Sacral Chakra
· The Solar Plexus chakra
· The Heart Chakra
· The Throat Chakra
· The Third-Eye Chakra
· The Crown Chakra

Other topics covered include:

· What are Chakras and how do they work?
· Symbols and Colors associated with those chakras.
· How important are they for our mind, body and spirit health?
· Blocked Chakras, under or overactive chakras and how to deal with those issues.
