Join us on the last Sunday of every month from March to September for a transformative Chakra Healing Workshop. Beginning with the Root Chakra and ending at the Crown Chakra. This unique experience blends powerful chakra-balancing yoga with custom-formulated aromatherapy to elevate your mind, body, and spirit.

- Arrive at 8am on the North side of the Grove Arcade off of Battle Square
- Check-in at Auratherapy store
- Remember your Yoga Mat and water(mat rentals are available for an additional fee)
- Class begins at 8:15am - 90minutes long.
Meet Your Instructor
Maddie Bertl is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, teacher trainer, and Reiki practitioner with over 1,000 hours of training in yoga, Ayurveda, and energy healing. Specializing in Yoga Nidra, breathwork, and embodied awareness, she weaves ancient wisdom with intuitive movement to guide students into profound states of transformation. Having taught across the Midwest, Florida, and now in the mystical embrace of the Blue Ridge Mountains, her offerings illuminate the unseen, making deep presence and inner alchemy accessible to all. Whether leading teacher training or crafting immersive experiences, Maddie empowers others to awaken their fullest potential—where breath, body, and spirit meet in sacred harmony.
