class itenerary:

5 minutes guided breathing meditation

4 0 mins guided movement.

5 -10 guided meditation

We will be hosting a total of 6 complimentary classes in the year 2025! these classes are valued at $33 per person per class, after april 5th classes will resume to valued price. Our goal for this class is to build and grow in community tribe and kinship. Do-nations are welcome not required, give with an open heart and let the energy continue to circulate.
