In this dynamic yoga class/ workshop we will intentionally move energy down, to birth our creativity and deep 3rd eye "knowing" into real-life positive change.
The Earth Goddess Yoga class you know and love, but focusing on the chakra system. Starting this coming Saturday. Like usually we spiral and body roll our asana. Based in vinyasa but with conscious dance, Tribal Organic House music, and real community, loving our bodies and each other.
Here we dive into our unique spirituality & to divine consciousness, and paths of enlightenment.

Get to know intimately your chakra system and how it offer perspective on your growth and evolution, and where you might be stuck.
Looking upwards, we lift our gaze and meditation to the sky. We tune into our primal voice for brief moments of ecstasy & love for life. We will meditate into our 3rd eye and practice seeing from this place of connectedness & intuition.
Expect lyrical beats that help us feel whatever we feel, without looking away or shoving anything down. We will express our poses with the fluidity of our hearts. The poetry of motion. The “emotional lotion of motion.” This is the psychology of processing our human experience with conscious dance and yoga.
Then we ground hard. Earth & Root Rhythms!
We honor Ma/ Mother Earth/ Gaia or whatever you want to call the material and real plane of consciousness, where all life comes from.
