Join me for this gentle beginner's yoga series. Throughout the 7 weeks, we explore the chakras, the energetic centres of our bodies. Each class is 60 minutes and includes gentle movement, meditation and breathing techniques. The emphasis is on moving the body in a slow and mindful way, in a relaxed, fun environment.
Yoga mats provided.
