Melissa, the founder of Alchemy Divination, is your guide throughout this journey.

Info: Each attendee will be cleansed upon arrival\prior to the workshop. Melissa will perform a sacred cleansing ritual to help release any negative/heavy energies. This will allow your spirit to feel open and cleansed to receive the most benefits from the workshop.

Info: Once you've been cleansed and settled into your spot, the workshop activation begins with some journaling and/or connection with our creative energy through a coloring meditation. Once everyone has been cleansed, we begin our sacred conversation about the Sacral chakra.

Through the synergy of breath work and sacred movement dance, we create a safe space for emotional exploration. I will guide you through your breath work exercise and invite you to tap into your sacral chakra through a sacred movement dance. As you move through the dance, breath becomes the bridge to connect with and release emotions stored within the sacral chakra, fostering a sense of emotional balance and well-being.

Info: The sound bath ceremony begins with a guided breathwork exercise that leads to Sacral Chakra meditation followed by a sound bath with individual reiki-infused healing.

Info: The sound bath ceremony closes with a journaling activity and one-on-one discussions with Melissa on what was felt during the sound healing. Also, enjoy some intentional chakra-related drinks and foods to fuel/replenish our energy center. This sacred space is open for you to interact with your soul family and socialize if you feel called to connect with others who are attending the workshop and begin to gain your support community.
