Join us for a restorative day retreat designed to help you slow down, rebalance, and reconnect with yourself - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
This day is perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, tired, or simply craving space to pause and reset.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Throughout the day, we’ll guide you through a series of gentle, nourishing sessions, each thoughtfully linked to a different energy centre of the body. Each activity is designed to support balance, grounding, clarity, and emotional release - without any pressure or prior knowledge needed.
Sessions will include:

• Breathwork
• Sound healing
• Reflective workshops
• Journaling & integration time
Each session flows into the next, creating a day that feels calm, supportive, and intentional.
