Chakra Pilates – Solar Plexus - Self worth, Boundaries & Personal Power with Alex GinnsDate and Time:

Join Alexandra Ginns, Pilates teacher and Reiki healer, for these special monthly Chakra Mat Pilates workshops. This session focuses on the Solar Plexus Chakra — the centre of confidence, inner strength, and personal power. Alex invites you to build a deeper sense of stability, resilience, and self-trust through mindful movement and breath.
Rooted in the energy of the solar plexus chakra, this two-hour experience supports clarity, motivation, and balanced effort. The workshop encourages you to connect to your centre, move with intention, and develop a steady sense of strength from within.
Pilates Class:
The Pilates segment works the whole body, with a supportive emphasis on the core, upper abdomen, diaphragm, and spine — the physical areas associated with the solar plexus chakra. Expect controlled, purposeful movements and breath-led sequences designed to build strength, coordination, and postural awareness. Imagery will focus on warmth, light, and inner steadiness, helping you move with confidence rather than tension. Props will be used throughout to support and adapt the practice, making the workshop accessible to all levels and abilities.
Guided Meditation, Reiki, Sound & Journaling:
Alongside movement, there will be a grounding educational and reflective segment where Alexandra will guide you through the meaning and themes of the solar plexus chakra. This includes space for questions and answers, guided journalling, and oracle card picking, allowing time for reflection, self-awareness, and intuitive insight.
The workshop will close with a calming guided meditation using singing bowls, designed to clear stagnant energy, support nervous system balance, and help you cultivate a steady, empowered relationship with your solar plexus chakra.
What do I bring?
All equipment is provided, though you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer. After the workshop, drinks and snacks are available to purchase in the café, offering a gentle return to the rest of your day.
