Join us on Thursday, March 5th (7–8:15 PM) for Part 5 of our series: Yoga for Chakra Healing. This month, we are moving into the Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)—the center of our authentic voice and confident self-expression. In a world that is often loud, finding the courage to speak your inner truth is a radical act of self-care.We will use a blend of yin yoga, breathwork, mantra, and guided journaling to clear the blockages that keep us quiet.

Note: These sessions occur outside of retail hours. If you see a "Closed" sign, please come on up anyways. We'll be inside!
