Chakra Flow Yoga with Tara

We are thrilled to invite you to this immersive journey of mind, body, and spiritual healing, hosted by renowned Yoga Teacher and Founder of Love Vancouver Holistic Center, Tara.

In this holistic yoga experience, you will be guided through a journey of energetic healing focused on clearing, balancing, a re-aligning our energy centers, the Chakras.

If you want to overcome burnout, chronic stress, anxiety, or self-disconnection, these yoga classes are for you.

You'll gain a deeper understanding of how to harness the natural life force within you for vitality, abundance, and clarity, to return to your heart and flow with your life's calling.

What you will learn:

• What chakras are and where they are located in your body.
• How to identify energy blocks and simple techniques to unblock stuck energy and restore balance.
• Breathing exercises, postures, and meditations to manage stress and emotions.
• Tools to bring more peace, joy, and fulfillment into your life.
• How to live more fully in the present and reconnect with your true self

Venue access:

These classes will take place at the newly founded Gaia Wellness Center in Coquitlam.

• To access the studio, please walk around the main home to the backyard, through the door where you will see a "Gaia Wellness" sign. This is a renovated basement suite turned yoga studio (see pictures below)

Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, but they will also be provided if you do not have one at your disposal!

Please bring water and a journal if desired to take notes and reflections

Classes can be purchased individually OR we have a "Buy 4, save $20" pass available as well!

Tara is also an Ashtanga Vinyasa Instructor and an Access Bars Practitioner. She is also trained in Reiki, Universal Energy Healing and and Extra Ocular Vision Therapy.
