TONIGHT'S THEME: Balancing Your 3rd Eye ChakraJourney Through the Chakras ~
Join us for a journey toward wholeness, vitality, and deep inner peace. Each of us carries a quiet map within — a pathway of energy centers that shape and influence the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives: how we feel, move, connect, and grow. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means ‘wheel’, as the chakras are seen as spinning wheels of energy within our bodies that can be influenced by how we live our lives.
Our Chakra Flow Sound Journey Series invites you to explore these inner landscapes, one by one — from root to crown and beyond — through simple, integrative practices.
Each session focuses on a specific chakra — helping you understand its strengths, signals, and what helps bring it into balance. For this date, we focus on the Third Eye Chakra. In Sanskrit it is known as Ajna which translates to "perceive," "command," or "beyond wisdom”. Situated between the eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra governs insight, clarity, and intuition. It’s not about fortune-telling — it’s about perspective, inner knowing, and seeing beyond surface-level thinking. Its energy transcends the physical, connecting us to the metaphysical realms of insight and intuition as we search for our purpose and direction.
No prior/future attendance required — each class is a complete experience. Come for this session and/or continue the journey with future classes in this series, every 1st and 3rd Tuesday through December.
Through sound and intentional, mindful practices, tune in to the rhythm of your body and the wisdom it holds. Energy centers can become imbalanced, blocked, or stagnant for many reasons, such as everyday stressors or unresolved experiences, which manifest as physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual challenges. Balancing your chakras is a practice — a lifestyle — rooted in intention, self-awareness, and self-care. There is no one-size-fits-all or quick fix.
