TONIGHT'S THEME: Balancing Your Soul Star ChakraJoin us for a journey toward wholeness, vitality, and deep inner peace. Each of us carries a quiet map within — a pathway of energy centers that shape and influence the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our lives: how we feel, move, connect, and grow. The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means ‘wheel’, as the chakras are seen as spinning wheels of energy within our bodies that can be influenced by how we live our lives.
Our Chakra Flow Sound Journey Series has explored these inner landscapes, one by one — from root to crown — through simple, integrative practices to — help you understand the strengths, signals, and what helps bring them into balance.
Tonight, for our last class in the Chakra Flow Series, we will journey through each of the 7 Chakras and beyond - into the celestial realm of the Soul Star Chakra, the 8th Chakra.
The Soul Star Chakra is often described as an energy center located just above the head that represents represents your connection to your higher self and a sense of being guided by something deeper — a deeper knowing about your path in life. It's the part of us that seeks meaning beyond survival or success — it asks, "Why am I really here?" and helps us align our actions with that deeper calling.

Through sound and intentional, mindful practices, tune in to the rhythm of your body and the wisdom it holds. Energy centers can become imbalanced, blocked, or stagnant for many reasons, such as everyday stressors or unresolved experiences, which manifest as physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual challenges. Balancing your chakras is a practice — a lifestyle — rooted in intention, self-awareness, and self-care. There is no one-size-fits-all or quick fix.
