Class Description:
Chakra Flow Dance is a guided, meditative, somatic movement experience where we flow through the body’s seven chakras—from root to crown—using intuitive dance and music to open, balance, and activate your energy.
This is a judgment-free space to release, express, and reconnect with your body while bringing deeper healing to each energy center. To enhance your experience, the class also includes soothing sound bowl vibrations to further open and balance your chakras.
After dancing, we will nourish our bodies with "Fresh Vibes Juice" featuring freshly squeezed, chakra-colored sample juices designed to support your alignment. Juices will also be available for take-home purchase. Please bring cash if you are interested in purchasing.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
