Join me for a 90-minute immersive workshop exploring the chakra system — the seven primary energy centers that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
In this workshop, we’ll dive deep into:
The names, colors, symbols, and meanings of the 7 main chakras
The seed sounds (bija mantras) for each chakra
Yoga poses that support and activate each energy center
Practical insights on how the chakras relate to your daily life, emotions, and growth
You’ll also receive a chakra stone, intuitively chosen, to take home as a tangible connection to your energy body. We'll close with a community sharing circle, offering space to reflect on which stone chose you — and why.
