This workshop is for you if you want to:
- Learn about the 7 essential centers of our existence and how they connect with our daily life.
- Discover where your limiting beliefs and fears have created blockages in your subtle bodies.
- Break free from the rigid social mold the fear of expressing yourself freely and share your truth with the world.
Each person is different a unique individuality that has come to explore and develop a unique experience. What we want to experience in our life is written in our being and we can read it through the map of the chakras.
We can understand what our gifts are what our weaknesses are and what path we should follow. This is something no one can tell us. The world insists on cutting us all with the same measure but it does not work... Not everyone has the same gifts nor have we come to experience the same things. Nor do we all have the same way of achieving fullness and happiness.
This is a truth that you must find for yourself in your own experience.
In this workshop you will learn about the chakras their genders and their petals (inherent qualities) and then you will be able to experience them along with selected melodies while you express yourself freely and discover yourself in the process.
Agenda
This workshop has 4 parts:
1. First part (Theory): The 7 Chakras their genders and their petals. (~60-90 min)
2. Second part (Practice): Chakra dance experience (~ 60 min)
3. Third part (Meditation): Deep meditation with Drum to relax and connect with the inner self (~30 min)
4. Fourth part (Integration): Sharing integrating and closing the event (~30 min)
There will be breaks with tea and snacks. There may be slight changes to the agenda to adapt to the participants and the needs that arise during the process.

This workshop will take place at Tarab Space in Woluwe Saint Lambert a sanctuary for dance meditation and free expression.

About us
We are Monika & Pablo Inner Spark. We belong to an international school of Yoga Tantra and Shamanism led by a Master Northern Deer Alexander who was educated by Shamans in Siberia.
All our knowledge about this tradition has been acquired through direct transmission from our Master with teachings and practices.
We now dedicate ourselves to adapting this knowledge to modern times so that everyone can understand and use it to enhance their life experience and successfully navigate the wonderful adventure of spiritual development.
