Join Sharon for a restorative breathwork and sound healing session.About this Event
The session will begin once everyone is comfortable on their meditation cushion. Eye masks will be provided along with a custom blend of essential oils to help enhance this experience.
At first, we will set an intention for the session, and then Sharon will guide everyone through a simple but effective 3-Part Breath. Along the way, Sharon will assist to ensure everyone is comfortable and reaches the deepest level of healing possible.
Throughout the session, a curated playlist including spiritual and world music will be played to help focus everyone's minds.
The session will end with a crystal singing bowl "Sound Bath" meditation.
