The session will begin once everyone is comfortable on their meditation cushion. Eye masks will be provided along with a custom blend of essential oils to help enhance this experience.
At first we will set an intention for the session and then Sharon will guide everyone through a simple but effective 3-Part Breath. Along the way Sharon will assist to ensure everyone is comfortable and reaches the deepest level of healing possible.
Throughout the session a curated playlist including spiritual and world music will be played to help focus everyone's minds.
The session will end with a crystal singing bowl "Sound Bath" meditation.

### Cardiovascular Conditions- Angina- Previous heart attacks or strokes- Uncontrolled high blood pressure
### Eye Conditions- Detached retina- Glaucoma

### Psychiatric Conditions- Bipolar disorder- Schizophrenia
