This healing workshop includes a review of the 7 chakras, 45 relaxing minutes of Yin Yoga with Tibetan Singing Bowls to cleanse and purify each chakra, followed by 30 minutes of Savasana meditation with Reiki healing!
✨Immerse yourself in a Yin Yoga practice that supports a peaceful mental state and relaxed joints and connective tissue
✨Learn about the seven Chakras and how to use them to leverage your healing
✨Resonate with the frequencies of 7-metal Tibetan Singing Bowls to energetically clear each Chakra
✨Relax into a 30-minute Savasana while receiving a few minutes of Reiki healing
Bring your yoga mat and any props you feel necessary to deepen your practice such as bolsters, blankets, blocks. We will have props available for use at the studio if you do not have props of your own.
Your only task is to relax into the poses and receive the healing frequencies of sound and Reiki.
This is an incredibly healing workshop. All levels welcome.
