About this Event
This fantastic community educational event is a collaborated event brought to you by Rise UCC, The Gender and Sexuality Alliance at Macomb Community College and Stand With Trans. It will feature a panel of speakers consisting of two high school students, two young adults, and two parents with the discussion centering on gender fluidity and gender non-conformity.
The first hour of the event will consist of our panelists describing their personal experiences and answering questions given by the moderator. During the second hour, attendees will have the opportunity to ask the panelists questions. The goal is to provide first-hand education on this pivotal topic.
The location is the central campus of Macomb Community College. Once you have registered for the event, you will receive an email with a map leading you to the lecture hall and the closest parking area.
Attendees are allowed to bring a beverage into the lecture hall. Security will be present.
