Welcome to chakra-themed vinyasa flow at Hillside Community Hall! We practice sun and moon salutations and powerful asanas (postures).

30 April – 1st chakra – root

7 May – 2nd chakra – sacral

14 May – 3rd chakra – solar plexus

21 May – 4th chakra – heart

28 May – 5th chakra – throat

4 June – 6th chakra – brow (third eye)

11 June – 7th chakra – crown

The hall is located at 76 Hillside Rd, Bath BA2 3NX. There is a small free car park at the venue and you can also park on the road for free.
