Gift yourself an evening of reflection, alignment, and connection. Write to Heal is a guided workshop that weaves together breathwork, gentle movement, chakra-focused affirmations, intentional journaling, and meditation to support self-discovery and emotional insight.The experience concludes with a visualization meditation and optional group sharing in a supportive space. Participants will receive a take-home handout to continue the practice beyond the workshop.
Hot tea and a small journal are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own journal if you prefer.
Led by Katie Bean, author of Fragile Thoughts: A Healing Memoir and an experienced educator and wellness advocate, this workshop invites you to slow down, reflect inward, and reconnect through writing and community.
