· Guided breathwork, gentle stretches and meditation tailored to Chakra alignment

Hedda is a passionate Yoga & Mindfulness teacher and Health & Wellbeing coach based in Fremantle. A dedicated Yogi since 2012 and certified teacher since 2019, she enjoys inspiring others and sharing the love of Yoga, meditation and essential oils in diverse settings: At gatherings like Blazing Swan, in corporate programs at Qantas or with her program ‘Minefulness’ for the Mining sector.
Hedda is also leading monthly free ‘Sunrise Saturday’ meditations at Bathers Beach, Fremantle with meditationHQ. Her calming presence and nurturing, joyful spirit are always a true gift to be around.
