In this sound journey, Brittney will guide you through a meditation, clearing and balancing each chakra with specific frequencies and breathing techniques. After the guided meditation, Brittney will transition in to blissful soundscapes to give time to relax and drift wherever your spirit needs to go. No experience necessary.
