In this workshop we get to know each of our chakras, how they affect our energy body and how to balance them.
We learn about the energy body and how to feel for it, The different aspects of the energy body and levels of consciousness related to the chakras.
You will leave with balanced chakras, a set of chakra stones, a pendulum, workbook and a certificate of completion.
You will also have the skills to start practicing on others.
You will be provided with a healthy and nutritious lunch.
