What will you learn and practice?
- an ancient modality that will help you to come back to balance harmony and alignment; experiencing the zero point
- rainbow body meditation
- how to process emotions step by step
- what is each energy centre about
- why healing does and doesn’t happen
- understanding where do you hold a belief that doesn’t serve you and how you can gently and lovingly move to one that does
What to bring?
Bring your pendulum crayons (chakra colours) pen and paper and your favourite crystal.
Please make sure you had a good lunch. We will be moving energy in the body and this can be tiring. There will not be time for lunch this time but we will have 2 small brakes for tea.
Organic tea coffee fruit and biscuits will be provided.
