Chakra Alignment with Singing Bowls

Join us for a rejuvenating sound bath to refresh your mind, body, and spirit. In this workshop, we will be focusing on aligning the major energy centers (chakras) of the body so that energy flows optimally throughout the body, thereby helping the body to function at the most optimum level. You will be guided with a chakra meditation and affirmations to release blockages and balance the chakras along with the harmonics of the Himalayan Singing Bowls.

The Himalayan Singing Bowls are crafted with seven metals especially designed to bring the mind, body and soul into harmony. The soothing sound from these bowls takes us into a deep meditative state. The resonance of these bowls penetrates us on a cellular level. The frequency or vibration of each of these bowls correspond to each of the seven major chakras (energy centers) in the body. Therefore, the sound and vibration produced from these bowls help to release any blockages from the chakras and promote overall wellness.
Please bring a yoga mat, and any pillows, blankets, or other props you would like to make yourself comfortable while lying down for the sound bath.

She applies her intuitive and empathic abilities to sense the areas that require energetic alignment and then customizes each Reiki/Sound Bath session to promote the well-being of the recipient.
