No experience is required for this session, just an open heart and mind to tune in for an evening of self-care and restoration through the gentle and transformative benefits of meditation, reiki, sound, and halotherapy.

• Guided Chakra Meditation | this sequence is perfect for an introduction to body scans and work with the chakras for first timers and seasoned chakra workers and meditators alike. Guests will connect to each of their seven main chakra centers and their respective colors, associations, affirmations, and activations for optimal energetic flow, alignment, and embodiment for mind, body, and spirit unification. Attuning to these individual centers helps us recogize and support imbalances or blockages, and by understanding and feeling into their function we can promote balance and vitality.
• Reiki | participants will be cascaded in vital life force energy throughout the experience, but individually cleared and balanced during course of the guided meditation as well, further supporting their optimal energetic flow, clearing blockages, and easing the nervous system for restoration. This therapy is highly clearing and calming.
• Sound Healing | guests will enjoy the deeply recalibrating and renewing benefits of sound therapy through an hour long immersion of varying tones and frequencies of crystal and tibetan bowls, the gong, tinghas, koshi chimes, wave drum, crystal pyramid, swinging chimes, and tuning forks. Sound is one of the most powerful ways to heal, elevate, and tap into the infinite potential of your pure authentic being. These ancient and sacred sound currents are the medicine for the modern day.

• Halotherapy | the salt cave's negative ionic microclimate supports the alleviation of symptoms of respiratory and skin conditions, decreasing inflamation, boosting serotonin levels and improving immmunity.

This 90 min Reiki infused energy offering begins with a guided Chakra Meditation to support balancing of the energy centers and uniting the body, mind, and spirit connection. From this aligned state, participants will be eased into a journey in sound enveloped in a multitude of meditative tones, played with an array of instruments through frequencies tailored for each of the seven chakras and beyond. Instruments include crystal sound bowls, Tibetan bronze bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes, wave drum, gong, tuning forks, crystal pyramids, and nine bar swinging chimes which are played in a traditional concert style and over each individual for a truly unique and immersive experience.
This hour-long sound journey serves to promote a restorative state for the participant on a cellular level, supporting the body’s regulation of the parasympathetic nervous system by fostering deep relaxation. Through the energetic clearing and balancing benefits induced by Reiki and Therapeutic Sound, this session is the perfect midweek opportunity to balance, align, and renew for optimal well being.

Following session, guests will be given integration tips and alotted time to pull affirmation cards and to jot down any insights from the experiene on a take-home intention card.

Cassie (@reverie_bycassc), owner of Higher Vibrational Living LLC, is a certified: Usui Reiki Master, Vibrational Sound Therapist, and Crystal Bodywork Practitioner. Outside of energy work, she studies herbalism and has a small batch apothecary line (Rising Ritual). Cassie has been a lifelong multi-medium artist with a crystal jewelry line (Reverie), and a woodworking, muralist, signage, and apparel line (@inkandwillow). She holds a keen fascination of the mind, body, spirit ,and of human nature and in so spent her early twenties in formal studies of psychology, humanities, anatomy and biology, but opted to seek offerings outside of the clinical setting and has since found an aligned passion devoted to current practices and services through energy work.
