Join us for an introduction and gentle practice centered on the 7 main Chakras (energy centers of the body) and how they relate to our feelings and well-being. We'll talk about energy and mental health, set an intention for the practice, and ease into a relaxing meditation. The session itself will last between 30-45 minutes and will be intuitively guided by Usui, Kundalini Reiki Master Jason Pogue. This mid-day offering is a calm space to ground yourself and find a bit of peace. Everyone's welcome, no matter where you're at on your journey. Let's find some balance together.Attendance is free of charge and there will be a donation bowl should you desire to contribute. The meet-up will start promptly. Because space is limited and there is usually a waiting list please update your RSVP if you can no longer join. Please stay home if you have a cold. None of the meetups offered by Emotional Health Asheville are a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.
Parking: There is some free street parking and some metered right across. Availability varies by day and time. There are also metered spaced on Church St and also on Hillard Ave. If you don't feel like hunting for a parking space on the street and are okay with a walk, both Biltmore Ave Garage, Pack Square Garage, and Car Park are within walking distance.
