Easy stretches to light strength-building exercises, will help improve flexibility, balance, & confidence at your own pace. Mindfulness & simple breathing techniques form part of the class to help you leave feeling calm & refreshed.
No floor work needed - only chair work & willingness to try something new. It’s movement made easy, enjoyable, and empowering.
Led by Monique Naraina - a highly experienced, sympathetic & patient, fully qualified yoga teacher. Tuesdays at 12.30pm.
