I’ve created a whole new Chair Yoga Course and I’m so excited to share that now it’s ready and registrations are open for Sydney and Online in March! 🙌
With this new course, you can now choose to take 30, 40 or 50 hours of Chair Yoga Training!
It’s designed this way so that you can learn not only the foundations of teaching Chair Yoga in the 30hrs foundation training but also expand your knowledge even further with elective modules that are specially created to help you in all areas of Chair Yoga practice and teaching.
You will be able to get the foundations certification and then specify in areas that you want to learn more about - like a deep dive into Sun & moon salutations on the chair, building strength & stability, how to warm up & cool down, working in aged care & dementia or stroke, arthritis, teaching online, trauma informed teaching, corporate chair yoga, social media marketing, community building and even learn how to teach Chair Dancing! 💃
There are 30 elective modules to choose from AFTER the foundations training. And I plan to add more in the future. There is something for everyone!
Plus there is a training manual, DVD, library of classes, scripts and resources, plus ongoing support & connection with our fb group and access to mentoring & QnAs.
This training encompasses all the things I’ve learned from 25+ years in the fitness industry, combined with 12 years of teaching Chair Yoga and is based on not only my personal experiences, but is specially curated to answer all the questions about Chair Yoga that I’ve been asked by Chair Yoga teachers that I’ve worked with over the years.
It’s a dream come true to create this training and I truly can’t wait to share it with you! 💖
