About this Event
The training includes accessibility to teach yoga to seniors and those with limited mobility, chronic illnesses, pre/post-surgery patients, or as classroom movement breaks for children and teens, at health fairs, or in an office setting.
· This course is valuable for yoga teachers, fitness instructors, OTs, nurses, PTs, school teachers, caregivers, social workers, and anyone who wants to learn more about teaching yoga’s healing modalities to a wider population.
· Workshop includes lecture, hands-on training with class experience, and hand-outs.
· Students will receive a certificate for a 5-hour CE training through Yoga Alliance upon completion.
