This 30-hour training offers a dynamic blend of lecture and hands-on practice, including opportunities to teach peers and receive constructive, supportive feedback. The course is led by Lead Trainers Koah Mascolo and Danielle Raines, bringing experience, depth, and enthusiasm to the learning environment.This training provides a strong foundation in chair yoga instruction, covering what to expect when teaching chair yoga, how to work with diverse demographics, and how to explore a variety of chair yoga styles. Designed to cultivate a deeper understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the practice, the course emphasizes accessibility, inclusivity, and mindful teaching.
Participants will learn how to adapt poses for different bodies, thoughtfully sequence classes, and creatively incorporate props to enhance the practice. By the end of the training, students will feel confident, informed, and inspired to teach chair yoga with clarity, compassion, and skill.
