About this Event
Join a gentle, supportive Chair Yoga classes designed for older adults. We use the chair for balance and comfort, so there is no floor work and everything is paced kindly. Expect simple stretches for stiff joints, balance practice to help prevent falls, light strength work for posture, and calming breathing to lift your mood. Come as you are, work at your own pace, and enjoy a friendly chat after class.
