As we step into a new year, this walk is about one thing: intention. Not resolutions. Not pressure. Just space. Space to walk, breathe, reflect, and gently set a direction for 2026.
Embarking on a lifestyle change at the start of a new year can feel daunting. Old habits and new desires often battle within us. It’s both a mental and physical challenge, and one that none of us should feel we have to face alone.
That’s why we’re excited to welcome Tom, Personal Trainer at Tunbridge Wells Personal Training, and a Reservist Physical Training Instructor within the Army’s Parachute Regiment. Tom brings a wealth of experience, mental resilience, and a deep understanding of what it takes to push beyond comfort—shaped by Marathons, Ultramarathons and Ironmans, and now his own more in 2026: 12 marathons in 12 months.
We’re proud to have Tom as part of the community and to support him with his challenge—but fear not, this walk is not a test of fitness. It’s a gentle opportunity to set your own intentions for the year ahead, whatever they may be.
This is a chance to walk, talk, reflect, and share how you plan to achieve your more in 2026.
What to bring:
– Warm layers
– Comfortable footwear
– A small bottle of water
– An open mind for the year ahead
Everyone welcome.
Start your year with intention, movement, and community.
