If you want to learn joint freeing to and stress relief tools to use while at your desk working or at home, this class is for you!
Basically, this is a great class for ALL.
Breathing and syncing our body movements, to create a mostly seated Flow/Vinyasa class.
For those able to stand up, there will be some standing poses in class using the chair. There will be modifications given to those who remained seated. This class is specifically designed to find a path towards strengthening our lungs, loosen our joints, finding ways to balance, building strength by using fluid breath centered movements, Arthritis becomes worse when you do not move your body.
We understand this and have designed a sequence that will help you find strength and flexibility over time. We will explore modifications when needed and acknowledge our limitations while embracing them together. All levels, all ages.
