Every Tuesday at 12:30pm, I watch women discover that staying active doesn't have to mean pushing through pain or feeling left behind. Chair yoga gives you all the benefits - improved flexibility, better posture, reduced stiffness, and that wonderful sense of calm - while keeping you safely supported.
What I love most is watching the friendships bloom. There's something special about moving together, breathing together, and sharing gentle laughter. Our little community has become a highlight of many women's weeks.
